Look out for my good friend Rich Holmes as he gives the WC2C a beating this weekend.
He's younger, slimmer, got big legs and can ride a bike well: But he ain't as good looking as me.
The ride will start at 6am on Saturday morning (15th May 2010) and he will finish in The Celtic Ring in Cardiff bay a "few" hours later.
